Ray said that he was not happy with the detail work this business did as they left blue all over the bottom of the vehicle and there was a scratch on the front bumper. The person he worked with was also not responsive. His vehicle was about four days later then promised because he could not get Joel to call him back. He had to chase him around and he never would call him back the same day. Another woman that worked at the business finally called him to tell him the vehicle was ready. It is because of the difficulty getting in touch with Joel that he was not kept adequately informed during the process. He was not satisfied with the communication due to the lack of professionalism. He would not recommend this business for all the reasons already mentioned.
