Lynda said her overall experience was 5, but if they're going to offer on-line service they should make sure it works. She liked the gal she worked with and she loved the work, which was excellent. The repair took 4 days longer due to additional damage, but she had no problem with the timing because her goal was a perfect job. It was beautifully done and that was her main criteria. She was satisfied with the person who prepared the estimate but it was done by the insurance agent. She was satisfied with communication but it just would have been better if the on-line system had worked. She got the initial message on her Blackberry telling her she'd get updated every 3 days, but that's the only message she got on it, so she had to go online and they weren't updating there either. Lynda trusts BMW and prior experiences with them were very good, so even though the insurance company wanted her to go elsewhere and they're an hour away, she chose this business. They know she loves her vehicle, they respect that, they take care of it for her, and she appreciates it.
