Spoke with Susan. She said her vehicle was at this business for an entire week due to relatively minor damage. She had to keep calling back in order to be updated. She instigated all calls to be informed of the process and when this business did call, they were not specific as to when the vehicle would be ready. The staff was very courteous but they were not forthcoming. In a previous experience, Genie had kept her very well informed and had caused her return. She had been happy with their work but she would not recommend this business at the moment due to her most recent experience. Her vehicle was three days late and she does not know why.
