Lee said the quality control near the end and predelivery were lacking. She waited while the business corrected unspecified overspray, smudge marks, marks on the interior and grit underneath the clear coat. After she left the lot she noticed an unspecified plastic piece left on her back seat and that she had forgotten her phone charger in the rental vehicle. She will contact the business to discuss the plastic piece and she appreciated the business mailing her forgotten phone charger back to her. She stated the repair was done well but there was the specified cosmetic issues which were corrected to her satisfaction. She will also contact the business for resolution to a described overspray caused glare on her windshield. Her vehicle was ready when promised but necessary ordered parts from Germany caused an unspecified delay.
