Sharon said they weren't perfect. She said there was no promised time. She wasn't kept adequately informed. They kept telling her to go online to get the progress of her vehicle. She said they never updated online. It kept telling her it was in progress. It was updated the first couple of times but not after that. It stopped. She doesn't know why it took so long. They had her vehicle for a month. The insurance handled the estimate. She never saw it. Communication all the way around could've been better. She had no communication.
