Dejan said there was a very problematic $100 bumper cover part. He said they did not offer to pay for it or replace it even though they didn't install right. He said he was willing to pay for it, but they made him run his vehicle around between the repair department and the paint department the second time he came in. He said they should have taken care of transporting the vehicle for him. He has used this business for years and in the past he has always been happy. He said he felt they treated him poorly this visit.
