Review for BMW of Fairfax Body Shop

Carlos said he rated a 3 for his overall experience with BMW of Fairfax Body Shop because it took them a long time to repair his vehicle. The repair work looked rushed. There was a lack of quality at the end. When he picked up his vehicle the bumper was not properly aligned. The paint did not look complete and they did not paint some of the bumper in the back. He also asked them to paint and polish out some dents on the left and right front doors. There were dents on the roof and the front of the hood that he had asked them to correct. They did not do it. His vehicle was ready on Friday but when he picked up his vehicle nothing that he had asked them to do was done. He pointed out some things they missed out and had asked them to redo the job again. His vehicle was finally ready on Monday and they finally corrected everything he had asked for. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate. He took his vehicle there because he thought they were going to use new parts only. He noticed his bumper was a manufactured used part and he was not happy with that. He chose not to answer if he was satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel and chose not to elaborate on it. He would not recommend them because of everything mentioned above.
