Emad stated that the business called and left a message that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When he called to confirm the message, he was told that the vehicle had to return to the paint department. The issue delayed the repairs for another day. He mentioned that he had to call to receive updates and never was contacted by the business until the vehicle was almost ready for delivery. He said that the left back blinker is out and the controls for the passenger seat are loose. He believes that theses issues were not present when he brought the vehicle in for the repairs.
