Timothy said it took this business four weeks to repair his vehicle and he is still having an issue with one of the door handles which he is planning to take to another mechanic first. Every time he would go to pick up his vehicle he had to point out another deficiency to them but noted it was ready when promised. He had to call this business every time for information. They had to redo the estimate because they left a out a transmission oil cooler and a bracket. Also they overcharged his insurance company on some paint work. His experience was so poor he even reached out the general manager and the customer service manager but neither of them had the decency to call him back, which is so disrespectful to someone who has purchased vehicles from their dealership. The general manager emailed him back a couple times but never resolved the issue. He would not recommend this business to his worst enemy.
