William said when he picked his vehicle up from this business, it smelled heavily of paint and the repair took a lot longer than he anticipated. His vehicle took two weeks longer due to them finding additional damage and a snow storm delay. The daily updates via email or text were very cryptic and they were hard to understand because the verbiage was mechanic friendly.
