Karim said the employees at this business were very attentive and sent him regular updates. He knew exactly what was going on at all times. His vehicle was delayed by 2 weeks, but he stressed that was due to the insurance. He called around, finding out from BMW that this was one of the two facilities certified to service his vehicle, and this one was closest.
