Spoke with Alex. He said there was a mix up with the business and his insurance company. He had to wait at this business all day long because of the insurance issue. His vehicle was ready about one week later than the promise time because this business had to wait on parts. He was not kept informed well during his experience because he had to call this business to get updates and it took them a while to return his calls. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because he had to ask them when his vehicle would be ready. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the previously stated issues. He would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stated issues. The inside of his vehicle still smells like paint since his experience.
