Kannan said the business took over five weeks to fix his vehicle and they did not properly update him with the status besides telling him it was in progress. His vehicle was ready almost three weeks late because the business found additional damage on it. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to call the business himself and he never received calls from them besides a call back. He was not satisfied with the business's communication and he would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. He would prefer the business to offer hours on Saturday so customers could pick up their vehicles then, because it is difficult to pick it up at night.
