Spoke with Mohammad. He said there was a lack of communication on this business' part because he was under the impression that he would get a phone call within a week, with regards to the status of his vehicle. He was told when he dropped off his vehicle that he would get a call but he didn't receive any calls. Then two weeks later, there was miscommunication about when to pick it up. They told him they had called but he never received the call. He did receive the email from them. However, they still did a really good job. There was no promised time for his vehicle. When this business did the assessment, they miscalculated by $1000. The personnel was nice and welcoming.
