Asghar said she could not rate them higher because they did not communicate well and it took a long time. She added the quality of the repair was very good. Her vehicle was ready about one month later than the promise time due to an insurance issue. She was not kept informed well because they did not update her or they did not know what was going on. She was unsure if she was satisfied with the estimate but she would not elaborate. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because whenever she called they did not know what was going on.
