Spoke with Mourtazo. Mourtazo said more damage was done than good. He took his vehicle in for a dented fender. The engine light was on and the electrical seat wasn't working. Also, the turning signal was ordered 4 times and it was wrong. Instead, it should be white instead of yellow. He found the brake pedal cover lying on the floor and someone put it back on in about 5 minutes. Overall, this business didn't pay attention to detail and has no pride in their work. Instead of a 3 day job, it took 3 weeks total and it still wasn't done right. He called a different business to get the part needed for his vehicle. They provided terrible communication because he stopped by this business 4 times and when he stopped by, something was always wrong with it. They all act like crooks when it comes to the treatment. He made four unnecessary stops because the vehicle wasn't ready and it's a long commute. He wouldn't recommend this business to others because it was a horrible experience.
