James said he had to return to this business twice after the repairs. He had to return because his hood wasn't aligned correctly, there were yellow marks on his mirror, the freshly painted bumper had scratches in it, and other reasons he chose not to go into. James mentioned there was no quality assurance, which shocked him at a BMW repair business. He explained having to return to this business twice added about a week or 1 and a half weeks to the promised delivery time of his vehicle. James said had the estimate been done right the first time he wouldn't have had to return to them twice. James said he had to call them for status updates. James was not satisfied with this business's communication because they could have called him with status reports. For the above issues, he won't recommend this business. He said that he expected BMW to have better quality control, and because of all of the issues he experienced it would be too risky for him to go back to them.
