David said his repair service was 2 days late. The reason for the cause of delay was due to paint spots in the paint service. They needed time to get the spots out of the paint. He had to make all the calls to get updated information regarding his vehicle. A representative called at the very end, when the vehicle was completed. The communication with the business was good. The representatives performed a professional job.
