Steve said he had a very limited problem with Rich, who took care of his vehicle. He had to wait an extra day for his vehicle because they wanted to do the work right. He said there was no need for them to contact him because they already told him what they were going to do at the beginning. Everyone was nice. They were helpful and they communicated amongst each other.
