Beth said she is not pleased with her experience with this business because she is being charged for an unspecified part that fell off of her 6 month old BMW that should have been covered under warranty. It took longer than promised due to additional damage found. She chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took. The vehicle still has not been fully repaired. There was no estimate done. Andrea was very helpful but she will not use this business again due to this experience and a discussion with a neighbor that also received poor service.
