Lovida said she has some trouble getting reimbursed by the insurance company and this business was not as helpful as they could have been. She did not elaborate further. She did mention this business also had difficulty settling her bill. It took longer than she would have liked to have waited while she was standing in the office. The people were nice and the quality of work was good.
