Inwon said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because of the following. Even though he chose not to say when his vehicle was promised to him, this business had it for a month and he didn't elaborate about the delay length. They did not keep him adequately informed during the repair process. In fact, this business never called him. He pointed out he called this business every 3 days to find out when he would get his vehicle back, and each time he was told they were still waiting for the part to be delivered from Germany. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel, because they could have been nicer, and more customer service oriented. Inwon added the personnel should have gone over his vehicle more carefully, because even though they changed out a radio, when his vehicle was returned he discovered the navigation system was inoperable. When he called this business about the inoperable navigation system, they told him he would have to have it fixed by this business's service department. The service department had his vehicle for 2 days. He commented this business gave him low service, and he will not go to them again for body work. He added, his insurance company paid them $7,000, and the work was too slow.
