Rachel said the receptionist was rude. She wasn't informed well about the status of her vehicle and a delay occurred getting her vehicle back. Even though she's not completely satisfied, it's not as bad when it comes to the repair. The whole front door was replaced and it doesn't close as well as before. It ended up being about a week longer and she wasn't given a reason for the delay. She made multiple calls to see what was happening. A male employee she dealt with was nice, but the receptionist was rude to her. Overall, she filed a complaint about it. The communication was done mainly through the receptionist. She wouldn't recommend this business due to not having a good experience.
