Mike said it took a couple of days longer than expected because they found some damage on a pillar and one of the trim pieces wasn't put on correctly so they had to order another. He suggested they call their customers the day before their vehicles are ready to notify them. He wasn't prepared at the time and he got his vehicle back the next day instead.
