Vivian said it took 4 to 5 weeks longer than promised because they found additional damages that were not visible from the outside. She is not sure why she was not kept informed but in writing she asked them to notify her at least once a week but she ended up having to chase them down to know the status of her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication because she was not kept informed and when she would call about the status of the repair they wouldn't give her exact answers to her questions. She would recommend this business for the quality of the work only but not for speed and communication.
