Nathan said some of the personnel were not professional. He called a few times but no one called him back. There are areas on the paint job that are rough and that will need to be smoothed out. One of the areas is the fender on the passenger side. The vehicle is stored in a garage at his home but the vehicle was left outside at this business and it was returned with leaves at the bottom of the windshield. The contact person, Richard, took a vacation and the person who took over did not know what was going on. The person who took over was very rude concerning payment and Nathan finally told him he would wait to speak with Richard when he got back from vacation. The vehicle was at this business for about three weeks and no promise time was given. There were no updates or communication. He would not recommend this business because a friend had warned him not to go to this business, and because of his own poor experience.
