Susan said this business really helped her out and gave her a rental car. They worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything got done. The repairs did take 2 or 3 additional days but she was not upset because they had good reason for the delay. It took longer because they ended up doing additional work to the bumper, and had to redo some of the paint work because they did not like the way it was blending together. The delay was also partially caused by the weather. She was not dissatisfied about the delay at all because they had good reasons. She was very satisfied and will definitely recommend this business to others.
