Abdul said the work was fine. There was a four week delay but he was not told the exact reason. He had to call to get updates on his vehicle. Richard personally took care of his vehicle. There was no communication from them. The communication is the key and they failed. The only reason he will recommend the business is due to his past experience. He spoke with the general manager and he turned it all around.
