Spoke with both Anthony and his wife. Anthony said he was very happy with the business. When he brought his vehicle in he was not sure they would be able repair his vehicle because it is an older model but they were able fix it and he appreciated that. He said there was not an estimate prepared because of the amount of damage. Anthony usually pays for the repairs by check and when he arrived at the business there was some confusion about the payment policy and they informed him they would only accept a credit card. She received a call from a from a technician stating that they would need to see the credit card and she offered to read them the card number and expiration date over the phone. The technician became very frustrated with her and threw the phone down, and she said she felt he was acting very rude towards her. Anthony stated he feels that the business should have informed him of the policy before he decided to have the repairs performed. He has been a customer at this business for nearly 40 years.
