Anja said it took almost three weeks to get her vehicle back. They found additional damage and had to wait for the insurance company for authorization. she chose not to elaborate as to the length of the delay. She was not happy with the excessive time and the fact that her expectations were not met. She was not satisfied with the communication because they could not tell her when her vehicle would be done and kept changing the delivery date.
