Lucinda said she was not satisfied with the repair because they left the writings all over her windshield, the writings were to let them know what was wrong with the vehicle. It took 3 weeks longer than the promised set date because there was a complete mix up and her vehicle was put on the back burner. She chose not to elaborate what the mix up was about. She was not kept informed because she would contact them but they wouldn't return her calls. That is also the reason why she was not satisfied with the personnel and the communication. She said the person that prepared her estimate was not helpful, she chose not to elaborate why. These are the reasons she would not recommend this business to others.
