Hakan said even though the repair was good, he was not happy with how long the repairs took. He was told he would get his vehicle back in seven to ten days, but got it back in three weeks. The email status reports kept saying the delivery date was postponed. He was not given a reason for the delays, but no reason would have been acceptable. They had to fix a front bumper. He was not happy with this business. He was kept adequately informed sometimes, but not all the time. The insurance and this business worked out the estimate. He had no involvement regarding the estimate. He was not satisfied with this business' communication, and will not recommend them because it never should have taken three weeks to fix the bumper.
