Jamie said she has been there before and this is the best experience she has ever had. She does need to return because an iDrive part does not seem to be operating properly. There was no promised time given. The vehicle was at this business for 1 month. He said it did feel like a long time but there was a part that had to be ordered. Jamie complimented her contact person for keeping her well informed.
