Brenda said there were a lot of issues scheduling the appointment. She had to go back and forth between the parts and repair department. The vehicle was delayed 1.5 hours because the service department did not send the vehicle to the repair department as scheduled. There was no need to be kept informed during the repair process because she waited for the vehicle. She would recommend the business but not return to the service department for several reasons, including reasons already mentioned and the fact they could not find her appointment.
