Angelo said the vehicle took more than 60 days to complete. The speakers on the door that was replaced did not work. The rubber lining was stretched out and is off, and they did a shoddy job on this. They also lost his floor mats. They kept giving him different dates for the vehicle to be ready and none of these meant anything because the information was not accurate. He was told they were waiting for parts or some of the parts were missing. They kept him updated but with the wrong information on when the repair would be completed. They communicated a lot but with all the wrong information and for these reasons, he would not recommend this facility. He expected more out of a BMW facility. They are reimbursing him for the floor mats.
