Dong said that the customer service at the front desk was not good. He said that his vehicle was 3 to 4 days late because they had to give the vehicle an alignment. Dong said that he had to do the calling. He said that they called him to pick up his vehicle near closing time and they would not take a check or debit card because they wanted cash.
