Spoke with David. He said he was not given a promised set date for the repairs. He wasn't kept informed because he had very poor communication with the technician. The estimate was not provided by this business because it was done by the insurance. They failed to explained the situation and he wouldn't recommend them to others. He expects them to discuss issues and be responsive to their customers.
