Andre said there were several delays late with his vehicle because the communication was not clear. He gave them a number to reach the adjustor if they had any questions, and they called the wrong number. He had to get involved with his insurance company to see what was going on and they told him no one called from the business. This slowed the process down. He had to wait an extra week for his vehicle because they told him they were waiting for parts. When he picked up his vehicle, they told him they did not release his vehicle because they were waiting for a check from the insurance company. He was not happy with the communication because of the reasons already stated.
