Sigitas said this business did what he expected them to do. They told him they may have to extend how long it was going to take to repair the vehicle and he was okay with this. They did have to extend it out to five days because they found additional damage. The electronic system that they use to notify customers of what is happening to the vehicle should show exactly what is happening so it is more specific.
