Matthew said he was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because the bumper was not aligned correctly, the tail pipes were lower than they were originally and the interior had residue from the cleaning product. His vehicle was 3 or 4 days later than promised but he was never called and told why. He was not completely satisfied with the business's communication because he said unless he called them, all he ever received were impersonal text messages regarding the progress of his vehicle. For these reasons he would not recommend this business for service.
