Excellent customer service
My first Hyundai purchase. The Tucson so far is a fantastic vehicle. My salesman Dominic was great to deal with. It was a very non pressure sales situation....
Salesman was shapy and lacked knowledge, financing was just a extended wait to wear us down and rip off my daughter. Lie after lie. No sense of urgency....
Completely Disgusted with the Dealer. Bogus Service Fee (even they could defend it). Need to understand the difference between Profit and Expense. Hopefully, IRS can explain the difference.
I thought I bought a Certified car but didn't not drive away with one. Transmission problems right out of the box.
I would not touch this Dealer again...
