"Very Helpful, Professional, Slightly Long Wait"
I came in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. The service center was easy to find and everyone was very professional and helpful. There was free wifi and the waiting room was really nice. The only thing that was unpleasant was that I waited almost an hour extra (about 3 hours total) because someone put the keys back and nobody saw them. As soon as I came up to the desk and asked, they found my keys and I was out in five minutes. They were very kind and apologetic (and I got a lot of studying done) so I think it was just a fluke. However, if my car ever needs to be fixed again, I'm going to keep checking up on the time I'm waiting. I do recommend Brazos Valley Hyundai, though.

"Treated fairly"
Many automotive establishments treat women as if they are ignorant. Humberto listened to me and allowed me to explain my concern and never talked over me. I felt comfortable with the service there. My only request is with the shuttle, since he only had room for 4-5 people, instead of waiting an hour to leave maybe they should leave once full. I understand that it may be more runs for the driver but less wait for the customers. Just my two cents.

"Friendly, energetic and professional staff"
Warmly welcomed, not only the items initially requested but also all the recalls were taken care of at the same time. Didn't need to pay for the oil change because one of the recalls covered it. Items requiring service in near future were suggested. The waiting room was clean and quiet so I could work while waiting. Everything was done before the estimated time.
