My only complaint is that I don't know why the service took so long. I brought the car in Monday afternoon for a Tuesday appointment and did not hear anything until Tuesday afternoon when I called them. Ultimately, I received word that the job was finished at 4:20 Tuesday afternoon. I think the job was well done, and the people were very pleasant, but I can't help wondering why the appointment took so long.
I've been going to Brentwood since 2004, and this is the first time that a routine job took so long.

Very thorough
Very nice people and very thorough about he issues with your car. They let you know what must be done right away vs what you can have done later on. They don’t make you feel like you have to get everything done all at once and spend a ton of money. Glad to have found them.

Great customer service and fast turnaround
I had to have a significant amount of suspension work done. I dropped the car off the night before (after hours) and the inspection, and estimate were done by 9am. The work was completed same day!
