Lack of communication
It's pretty sad on firing a salesman after he made a deal with us for our new vehicle. He was only doing what we wanted to be put on our vehicle before we bought it!

I arrived without an appointment at 7:30 am and I was seen right away. One of the service technicians went to pick up a new tire at tallmans so that I didn't have to wait more. My time spent was welcoming and friendly. I shared a few laughs with the staff. The service manager Bennie was always accommodating.
