The communication is terrible with you and there tech department. Always had to call them to get any real information l. I was lied too about 3 times about when my car was either moving on to the next stage or completion date. I have bought 2 cars from ciocca but I will never take it to there collision again. Still waiting on 3 months for a front end collision I feel like they haven’t even worked on my car. They said they put the engine in the car again but somehow forgot to order a replacement fan which has me thinking they never even work on my car. I am beyond pissed and disappointed with them.
