Karen said there were 2 visits to complete a couple of small things. When they went to pick up the vehicle, a strip with clips on it under a door was not fitting correctly and Karen left the vehicle over the weekend so this could be properly repaired. Also, a few days later a part for the eyebrow came in and was installed and that completed the repair. She said Tom, her contact person, was nice. The vehicle was delayed by 1 week past the promise time because of insurance issues. The business did call to alert her to the delay and she said they kept her well informed.
