I had my 2021 Genesis G90 in for its 1 year scheduled service this morning. Mark Evans met me at the NEW Genesis service entrance and already had my paperwork printed up and my loaner car (a new G80) waiting for me.
I needed new wiper blades and an alignment along with the interior AC filter and oil and filter change. He promised the car would be ready for pick up in 3 hours - and as always he delivered on his promise. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and my car was washed and cleaned.
It has been said that if you want something done correctly, give the job to the busy person to complete and that is Mark Evans to a T! He is always on the move and so very pleasant to work with. He is professional and courteous and makes owning a Genesis from Coconut Creek Genesis truly carefree and completely effortless.
