sales manager was aggressive, discourteous and sales group took advantage of a 75 year old. Would strongly not reccomend!!
Had been trying to call genesis to make an appointment because I was having trouble with a tire they repaired. Their phone system was out for 5 days. Could not get a call through. Had a seriously bad blowout and was done with this car. Sales manager told me I was $15,ooo underwater. I told him i bought the car 13 months ago, Paid $5,000 down and was paying nearly $600 a month. He smiled and said Iwas $15,000 underwater. I casually mentioned that if that was the deal I got, It certainly was not a good one and wanted to know if they always took advantage of elders. I'm 75 and probably not on top of my game. He was rude, dismissive and antagonistic. Go at your own risk. I've NEVER written a bad review before this experience.
