Appt was on time. Went in to have struts replaced but found it was only loose bolts, cost me a lot less and less time waiting also.

Dont know what has happened here. Service used to be good. Now it takes two visits and I still am.not comfortable that what they said was done .

Our sales person is AWSOME service dept is not
I would recommend a friend to our sales person but stay away from your service dept. Mix feeling about this service and survey. Your service guys made us feel like it was our fault when it wasn't why would we bring and drop off our car a night before so it could be serviced first thing Sat morning if we were not on the appt schedule?
