I had a serious problem with my van recently and could not drive it safely to Crossroads. John drove to my house, made the vehicle derivable and took it back to the shop to finish the needed repairs. Thanks, John.

Best Service.......EVER
In 60+ years of driving, I have never been treated better than at Cross Roads Automotive. During recent cold and rainy weather I wasn't feeling too well and was about to postpone my oil change, but they wouldn't hear of it.. John personally drove to my house, picked up my van and got it serviced and returned the same day at no extra charge! You just can't beat that personal touch.

I feel the owner is very honest and only did the necessary work needed.
